The following requirements must have:

VMware Certified Professional:  VCP 3.5 or VCP 4.0
At least 3-5 years direct experience with virtualization consulting and deployment

Hands on with FC, iSCSI, NFS storages beneficial

Knowledgeable with overall systems, networking, database, security

Fluent with Windows/Linux operating systems

Great communication and written skills

Some project management experience are plus

 

Salary:  Negotiable depend on experiences ($100k-150k)
